About the Programme

The Department offers an M.Tech. programme in IoT and Sensor Systems, introduced in 2025, focusing on advanced technologies for connected and intelligent systems. The programme complements the department's strengths in IoT, sensors, wireless communication, embedded systems and intelligent systems, providing opportunities for advanced learning and research in emerging technology domains. The programme fosters strong industry–academia engagement through expert guest lectures, industry-oriented technical sessions, internships and project-based learning. Students gain valuable exposure through interactions with leading organizations such as Rohde & Schwarz, Stellantis, Smart Beam and Intel-Altera. These engagements provide insights into emerging technologies, industry practices and real-world engineering challenges
