Dr. Tirmanwar Shubham Rao

Tirmanwar Shubham Rao completed his M.Tech and Ph.D. at Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar specializing in Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits and Microwave Engineering. With over 5 years of experience in designing RFICs and microwave circuits, he has demonstrated expertise in on-chip and off-chip broadband microwave coupler design using advanced EDA tools including Cadence Virtuoso, Mentor Graphics Calibre, and Cadence AWR. His research focuses on broadband couplers and their applications in microwave measurement systems. During his academic tenure at IIT Bhubaneswar, Shubham has served as a Teaching Assistant, contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate instruction in core subjects including RF and Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetic Field Theory, Embedded System Deign, CMOS IC Design and Analog Circuit Design. He has authored 6 technical papers published in reputed journals and conferences, and has hands-on expertise in ASIC design, PCB design, microwave circuit design, testing, and troubleshooting.
